For Standard Non Personalised items:
If you no longer want us to ship an item from your order please contact us at email@example.com or alternatively @valleylabel and we will refund you the paid amount for that item.
All shipping cost are to be covered by the buyer in case of return.
For Custom Designed items:
Due to the nature of the order we do not accept refunds, returns or cancellations on custom orders once placed and paid, please choose carefully.

All of our custom items are laser cut or 3d printed and hand put together for this reason there may be slight variances in each products which adds to their unique charm.
Damaged Goods and Time Frames
Sometimes items get damaged in transit, please report the issue with evidence of the damage and packaging from post to email@example.com within 24hrs of delivery. The parcel in the form it arrived to you with ALL packaging must be taken to the nearest Australia Post Store within this time frame.
Failing to meet the 24hrs claim deadlines could void the claim.
